Privacy policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and how to have it deleted. We are a small studio and we collect the minimum needed to answer you properly.
This policy covers our website at adk-creatives.com and our Instagram account @adk.creatives. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we are
ADK Creatives is a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana. We operate as an online studio and handle all correspondence by email. For any question about this policy, or about data we hold, write to kobby@adk-creatives.com.
What we collect
We collect information in three places. We never buy contact data, and we collect nothing from you unless you contact us first.

We do not collect payment details through any of these channels, and we ask you not to send passwords, identity documents or financial information in a message or a brief.
How we use automation and AI
We are an automation studio, and our own enquiry handling is automated. You should know exactly how.
- Replies are drafted by an AI system. The website assistant answers you directly. Instagram comment replies are published automatically. Instagram direct message replies are drafted automatically and then reviewed and approved by a person before they are sent.
- It works from a fixed document about the studio. The system is instructed to answer only from that document and to hand anything else to a person rather than guess. It does not discuss pricing.
- Your data is not used to train AI models. We use commercial providers under terms that exclude our data from model training.
- No automated decision is made about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect. Enquiries are sorted by likely urgency so we can prioritise replies. A person reads every one.
Who processes your data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. We use a small number of providers who process it on our instructions:
- Google — email, and the internal spreadsheet where enquiries are recorded.
- OpenAI — drafting replies and summarising enquiries.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting this website.
- n8n — the automation platform connecting these steps.
- Meta — where a conversation happens on Instagram, Meta processes it under its own privacy policy as well as this one.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards in their standard terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and contact details — while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards, so we recognise you if you come back.
- Website chat transcripts — up to twelve months, to understand what visitors ask and improve our answers.
- Instagram messages and comments — the conversation stays in Instagram under Meta's retention rules. Contact details you volunteer are kept on the same basis as other enquiries.
If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete your data, or stop using it for a particular purpose.
Email kobby@adk-creatives.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. Full instructions are on the data deletion page.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share browsing data with anyone.
The website assistant uses a temporary identifier so it can follow the thread of a single conversation. It is not used to track you across other websites.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
