Deleting your data.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. No account needed, no reason required, no charge.

How to ask

Email kobby@adk-creatives.com with the subject line Data deletion request.

So we can find your records, include whichever of these apply:

the email address you used to contact us,
your Instagram username, if you messaged or commented on @adk.creatives,
roughly when you contacted us.

We will confirm receipt, delete the data, and email you to confirm it is done. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

your row in our internal enquiries spreadsheet, including name, email, phone, company and the brief you sent,
any website chat transcript associated with you,
your Instagram username and user ID, and the content of your comments or direct messages, where we have stored them in our own records,
the emails our system generated about your enquiry.

What we cannot delete for you

We would rather be straight about the limits.

The conversation inside Instagram itself. Messages and comments live in Meta's systems as well as ours. We can delete our copy, but to remove the conversation from Instagram you also need to delete it in the app, or ask Meta directly. A comment you left on our post is something you can delete yourself at any time.
Ordinary email correspondence with a person. If you and Kobby have exchanged real emails, tell us and we will delete those too, but they are not removed automatically as part of a records deletion.
Records we are required to keep. If you became a client, some records tied to a contract or to tax obligations may need to be retained. We will tell you exactly what is kept and why.

Stopping the automation entirely

If you want our automation to stop processing your Instagram interactions with us altogether:

delete any comments you have left on our posts,
delete the message thread with @adk.creatives from your Instagram inbox,
email us as above so we remove our own stored copy.
